TOGO Intelligent Composting System
Our machines offer a greener and cleaner alternative to the problem of organic waste disposal. Our Composters are automatic Bio-Mechanical and have a continuous organic waste converter system. The organic waste added to the machine is converted into nitrogen-rich compost by significantly reducing its volume. TOGOComposting System is a simple and affordable solution for large-scale waste management and can be used in areas like Residential complexes, Industrial canteens, Restaurants, Schools, Temples, and everywhere there is the need to manage organic waste.
The process of our Composter is very simple and can be described as the following :
- Deposit organic waste at the inlet of the machine.
- Mixing, curing is automatically done by the machine.
- Compost keeps collecting in a second chamber at the rear of the machine.
- Remove the compost from the Composter second chamber when it is full or when compost is needed.
What is Composting?
Composting of waste is an aerobic (in the presence of air) method of decomposing solid wastes. The process involves the decomposition of organic waste into humus known as compost which is a good fertiliser for plants. However, the term “composting” is used worldwide with differing meanings.
Some composting textbooks narrowly define composting as being an aerobic form of decomposition, primarily by microbes. An alternative term to composting is “aerobic digestion”, which in turn is also referred to as “wet composting”.
With the proper mixture of water, oxygen, carbon, and nitrogen, micro-organisms are allowed to break down organic matter to produce compost.
The composting process is dependent on micro-organisms to break down organic matter into compost. There are many types of microorganisms found in active compost.
What is compost and how can it be used?
Compost is generally recommended as an additive to the soil, or other matrices such as coir and peat, as a tilth improver, supplying humus and nutrients. It provides a rich growing medium or a porous, absorbent material that holds moisture and soluble minerals, providing the support and nutrients in which plants can flourish, although it is rarely used alone, being primarily mixed with soil, sand, grit, bark chips, vermiculite, perlite, or clay granules to produce loam.
Compost can be tilled directly into the soil or growing medium to boost the level of organic matter and the overall fertility of the soil. Compost that is ready to be used as an additive is dark brown or even black with an earthy smell.
How can I produce, in a safe way, compost from organic waste?
TOGO Composting System is all you need!
TOGO is a revolutionary composting system, key in hand, which included one or more composting machines and all the needed technical support!
By terms of law, you will be able to dispose of all your organic waste, respecting the environment, and obtain a valid compost that can be mixed into the soil or growing medium to boost the level of organic matter and the overall fertility of the soil. Composting is a good practice and environment-friendly process to reduce C02 production and air pollution.
Is it really possible to reduce costs for organic waste disposal and consequently reduce the waste tax fee?
Of course! TOGO systems were conceived with that goal!
Differenza e vantaggi del sistema di compostaggio tramite compostiera invece che il tradizionale processo di smaltimento dei rifiuti
The main goal we had in our minds was to reduce the costs for organic waste disposal and reduce environmental pollution.
Our composting system allows you to achieve this objective. It is so obvious that a reduction in costs will be seen if transportation to disposal facilities, waste collection services are taken away. That’s what you get with our systems! You won’t need a waste collection service, you won’t need to pay for transporting all the waste to a disposal facility, all you will need is our composting machine and people who bring their own organic waste directly to the composter.
